NASCUS, the Michigan Office of Credit Unions and the Credit Union National Association (CUNA) come together to offer Michigan credit unions an intimate look at the latest issues and developments related to Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) compliance. This intense, two-day program examines such issues as marijuana business banking, money service businesses (MSBs), cybersecurity, elder abuse, human trafficking, payments and enforcement actions. Plus: First time BSA certification, through CUNA, will be offered on October 4 followed by the BSA examination. See the agenda below for odetails.
