December 29, 2009 - NASCUS will continue its regional regulator meeting series to allow our state credit union regulators to meet in small groups to discuss issues of concern with their peers and with NASCUS leadership. NASCUS has scheduled two regional meetings in January.
On January 11, NASCUS leadership will meet with NASCUS regulators in Atlanta, Georgia at the Atlanta Federal Reserve from 9 a.m. to noon. To register for this meeting, click here.
On January 13, a meeting will be held in San Francisco, California at the California Department of Financial Institutions from 9 a.m. to noon. To register for this meeting, click here.
There are lodging options near both meetings. Emaily Jenny Champagne at jenny@nascus.org if you need assistance with lodging.
These meetings are scheduled in conjunction with Conference of State Bank Supervisors (CSBS) regional meetings to maximize travel and schedule accommodations. State regulators from across the nation are welcome at either of these events, regardless of region.
NASCUS is also planning to hold a mid-western regional meeting sometime in 2010.
