On Tuesday, July 25, 2023, staff from the CFPB’s Office of Regulations will host a RegCast on the small business lending rule.  It will provide information from the rule to help financial institutions determine whether they are covered financial institutions for purposes of complying with the small business lending rule. This will include how to determine if transactions are covered credit transactions and whether businesses are small businesses.

• The RegCast will start at 11:00am eastern standard time.

This July RegCast will cover the same material as the RegCast presented on June 28, 2023.  Because registration is limited, we respectfully ask those who attended the June RegCast not to register for this July RegCast.  RegCasts are not recorded.
