NASCUS REGULATOR BOARD AND CREDIT UNION ADVISORY COUNCIL MEMBERS ELECTED
Boesch, Conner, Ryan, and Vice re-elected; Averill elected
ARLINGTON, Va. – NASCUS leadership adds a new member and re-elects two current members to its Regulator Board. The organization’s Credit Union Advisory Council also re-elected two current members. The members will be seated at the upcoming NASCUS virtual Annual Meeting on August 26, 2020.
NASCUS Regulator Board: Katie Averill, Superintendent, Iowa Division of Credit Unions, was elected to the Board, joining re-elected Rose Heston Conner, Administrator, North Carolina Credit Union Division and Charles Vice, Commissioner, Kentucky Department of Financial Institutions. All three were elected to three-year terms.
Members of the NASCUS Regulator Board are elected by regulator members of NASCUS, comprised of all state credit union regulatory agencies across the nation.
NASCUS Credit Union Advisory Council: Re-elected to three-year terms were Jason Boesch, Manager, Energize Credit Union, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and Mike Ryan, Senior Vice President & General Counsel, BECU, Tukwila, Washington.
Members of the NASCUS Credit Union Advisory Council are elected by credit union members of the Council, which are mostly state-chartered credit unions from across the nation. The council advises the Regulator Board on issues of importance to credit unions.
